Shipping & Returns

Free delivery applies on all orders above ₦300k, anywhere in Nigeria.

Lagos orders typically arrive in 1–3 working days. Outside Lagos, allow 3–7 working days.

Standard delivery is a flat ₦3,000 within our delivery zones, and ₦7,000 for the Festac–Badagry axis. Exact rates show at checkout before you pay.

Store pickup from our Isolo store is always free — we’ll email you when your order is ready.

Orders placed after 3pm are dispatched the next working day. We don’t dispatch on Sundays or public holidays.

For international orders, email contact@shoprealmode.com and we’ll arrange courier and costs before you pay.

If a piece isn’t right, return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery — unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached.

Email contact@shoprealmode.com with your order number and the piece you’d like to return. We’ll confirm and share drop-off or pickup details.

Refunds go back to the original payment method once the piece has been received and checked.

Size exchanges are free within Nigeria. If the size you need is unavailable, we’ll offer a refund or store credit.

Pieces that have been worn, washed or altered, and hand-embellished pieces with embellishment removed or damaged.

Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
